Little Nevas Bakery is owned and operated by Wendy Russo in Earlysville, Virginia.
Wendy opened her own online bakery after years of baking for restaurants and shops in Florida and Virginia. Many of her cookies are based on favorites that she remembers from her youth, and her Jammie collection is definitely a culmination of her memories.
Wendy’s Jammie Cookies are snuggle up, feel good cookie delights. In her Jammie Sampler Pack she offers 2 of each flavor for only $10.00.
The Original Jammie is her traditional all butter sugar cookie with raspberry jam spooned in between 2 shaped cookies which are flavored with pure vanilla and almond extracts and then baked. They are similar to the well known Linzer cookies, but she makes them without the spices added to the cookie dough so the vanilla and almond flavors jump out at you.
The Blonde Jammie is also made with her popular sugar cookie dough and filled with delicious Apricot Jam.
For her Jaded Jammies she has 1 cocoa sugar cookie layer and and vanilla layer, filled with raspberry jam AND semi sweet chocolate chips. Double chocolate pleasure, not too sweet.
All of Wendy’s cookies are cello bagged and boxed, or packaged in cute clear containers, tied with a bow and topped with a personal note or card.
